Guest Facilities
Reception
Our reception team is available daily to assist with check-in, check-out, local information and general guest support.
Reception hours: 9:00am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 8:00pm daily.
Guests arriving outside reception hours must contact reception before arrival to arrange late check-in. Failure to arrange late check-in in advance may result in an after-hours call-out fee.
Check-in is from 2:00pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and fees may apply. Luggage storage may be available before check-in for a $5 fee.
Lounges
Our lounges in Arran and Cliveden provide comfortable shared spaces where guests can relax, work, charge devices or unwind during their stay.
Outdoor Deck
The outdoor deck offers a simple and relaxed space connected to the shared kitchen and lounge area. It is a convenient spot to sit outside, read, enjoy a meal or take a quiet break.
Shared Kitchens
Shared kitchens are available across the property, including in Arran and Cliveden. These kitchens include practical cooking and dining facilities such as microwaves, stoves, dishwashers, utensils and dining ware.
Guests are asked to clean up after use and return kitchen items to the correct kitchen so all guests can enjoy the facilities.
Shared Bathrooms
Shared bathrooms are available in both Arran and Cliveden for selected room types. These bathrooms are cleaned regularly and are located across the property for guest convenience.
Please check your selected room type carefully before booking, as some rooms include shared bathroom access while others offer private bathroom facilities.
Laundry
Laundry facilities are available onsite for guest use. Washing machines and dryers are available in shared laundry areas. Fees apply.
Vending Machines
Snack and drink vending machines are available in shared lounge areas for guest convenience. Card payment is available.
Bike and E-Bike Storage
Bike and e-bike storage may be available onsite. Guests should contact reception before arrival to confirm availability and storage conditions.
Parking
Limited onsite parking is available for $35 per night and must be pre-booked before arrival. Spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by reception.
Guests with large vehicles should contact reception before booking parking, as access may not be suitable for all vehicle types.
