Guests arriving outside these hours must contact reception before arrival to arrange late check-in. Failure to arrange late check-in in advance may result in an after-hours call-out fee.
Limited onsite parking is available for $35 per night.
Parking must be pre-booked before arrival, as spaces are very limited. Parking is not guaranteed unless confirmed by reception.
Guests with large vehicles should contact reception before booking parking.
Luggage storage may be available before check-in or after check-out. Fees may apply. Please contact reception before arrival if you require luggage storage.
A credit card pre-authorisation is required at check-in as a security bond.
This is not a charge unless there are unpaid charges, damage, smoking, missing items or policy breaches during the stay.
Unused pre-authorised funds are released after check-out and room inspection. The release time depends on the guest’s bank. Australian cards may clear faster, while some banks and international cards may take several business days.
K2 Brisbane does not control bank processing times after the release has been completed.
Accommodation charges are payable as per the booking terms and conditions.
All credit card payments incur a 1.6% service fee.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the booking date, unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.
Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded unless required by law or otherwise stated in the booking conditions.
If you cancel within the applicable cancellation period or fail to arrive, a cancellation fee may apply in accordance with your booking terms.
